Our team at Party Ingredients takes attention to detail and care when we prepare and package your orders. We package and ship all our orders from Waterloo, Ontario.
Once we receive your orders, you will receive a confirmation email with your details, receipt and tracking information.
We strive to process/fulfil orders within 24 hours. Occasionally, processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated and if you have ordered a custom and bespoke item, which are made-to-order and may take longer to produce. Please see product details for shipping information.
At this time, we only ship within Canada and are unable to provide international shipping. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.Box locations.
Our shipping prices and times vary and are based on the weight of your order, your delivery location and the shipping carrier you select at checkout. Delays by the shipping carrier are unfortunately out of our control. We are unable to guarantee exact shipping times. Please note that shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
We ship via Canada Post and offer the following options:
- Local Pickup* (Orders over $50) within the Region of Waterloo- FREE
- Local Eco-Courier** delivery- $15 flat rate
- Standard Shipping (2-7 business days). $13
- XpressPost (1-5 business days). $23
*Orders over $50. Our pick-up service locations may be at pop-up locations and markets within the Region. Pickup hours are between 10am-2pm. If you select this method, a party team member will be in contact with you when your order is ready to be collected.
**Local courier delivery is made by emissions-free vehicle. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. If you select this method, a party team member will email you with your delivery date/time.
If you need your order delivered on a specific date/time, contact our team at email@example.com with your order # as the subject and we will do our best to provide you with a delivery window that meets your timeframe.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you. Sometimes, delays can occur due to inclement weather and/or peak holiday seasons. This may result in longer than usual delivery times.
